Somma Tool Company, Inc. is committed to insuring the complete satisfaction of our customers. If for any reason you are not satisfied with the merchandise you have purchased, please contact Customer Service at 203-753-2114 or sales@sommatool.com.
No merchandise may be returned without prior authorization from Somma Tool. Contact us first for a Returned Merchandise Authorization number.
The following conditions apply to any returned merchandise:
All unused standard items may be returned for full credit within 30 days of purchase. After 30 days a restocking fee may apply.
Semi-Standard (non-stocked):
If we determine that the merchandise may be returned, all non-stocked items (usually listed in the gray shaded area in our catalog) are subject to a 50% restocking charge. We reserve the right to reject any return request made 120 days after shipment date.
Special Items:
All special items (usually designated by an *) manufactured to your specifications can not be returned for credit.
